This question has probably been asked a few dozen times. What would you do if you wanted to Start Over? What is the direction you would take? How would you build your business?

    If given the chance to start all over again, and if there's a guarantee that we will achieve the same or far even better success than today, we will do the same things that worked out for us and will do the right actions to the stuff that didn't work out according to plan.

    If I could start over... I'll create a social deal websites for South East Asia Countries.

    Social Deal ecommerce websites are really booming in Asia. I regretted that I didn't jump in into this trend.

    The search function. I'd utilize the search function. That way I could find out what the answers to my question was the other "few dozen times" .

    I'd farm out a lot more of the work. I do things myself thinking that they won't take to long only to end up having spent 10 hrs on something someone else could've done in 10 mins.
