Where Do I Go From Here???

Hey all,

Lovely day...

I have been BUSY! Building, coding, tweaking, mastering a new skill set this last year.

In the process I have built some momentum. BUT... I am ready to take a new step, and well I am having some doubts, and or questions.

I have posted here many times, but I will give a little background.

I have been building a massive network of local MOMS trading/bartering.

I have the site all worked out, but now I want to expand and lease out each local site.

I have a few things I have put together, but how do I launch my business?

Do I need jv partners?
Where do I go from here?

My site is momtraders dot com.

And now I have a cool leasing area for the site.

It is being finished as we speak. You can see some of it at momtraders dot com/media-group.htm

Anyone have any insight? am I headed in the right direction?

Also per warriorforums feedback I have changed the main design, added a bit more personality etc.

    Great site and concept.. My niece has a FB page that does this same thing. People post their items in albums, with the price in the desc. You just post "Sold" or "Hold" to ask a question. I use it all the time.

    Being a mommy myself, I was searching around in your site. It may need a little simplifying. The items around the border "felt" like categories that should be clickable, but they weren't. I love the personality though!

    Thanks Torino, It is still being finished up. But currently it is local based, kind of like craigslist, but also etsy all in one. The main local sites are exclusive licenses. and then each local site offers turnkey boutiques that moms can sell their goodies. So it really is a business package, that has the awesome concept of trading/bartering. I also have set up an additional monetary system that allows moms to trade even if they have no trade items. I have worked really hard to get everything to smoothly run together, but I am still making changes etc.
