How can I sell multiple products on a sales letter site?

Hi,
I run the site, triswimcoach dot com, a resource for triathletes looking for swimming help.

My home page is a sales letter for my DVD which costs $37. My back end product is an ebook (plus bonus ebooks) for an extra $20 (or $37 by itself with bonus ebooks).

I am about to come out with a new product which my list demanded- waterproof swim drill cards.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to sell this on my site. Ideally, customers would buy all three products together for a complete package. But I already have the DVD/ebook combo.

What's the best way to sell all three without adding another "Wait want a better deal"-type page?

I've thought about changing the sales letter and raising the price and selling the DVD, ebook, and cards together, or combine two of them and have one as the back end.

Any advice would be appreciated!

    Just make it clear on your "order form" that you have
    different packages. This is done all the time in direct
    mail. You may be making it too hard for yourself by
    overthinking it.

    The most important thing is to make your offer easily
    understood.

      I don't really understand what you mean.

      What would you suggest I do in my case? Add my 3rd product at the end as another add-on? Or restructure my sales page to sell the whole package?

    Here's what I would do...

    1. Create 2 sub-folders

    2. Put your best selling product on your index page

    3. Put your other 2 products into those 2 sub-folders (one in each)

    4. Create 3 Upsell offers each offering the other two products.
    (do you follow me here?)

    5. Promote each product individually.

    6. No matter which product people buy they will be given an upsell offer for the other two products they have yet to purchase.

    You can take this even further by creating a separate list for each product and one for the entire package plus one that gives a free report for people who do not purchase.

    Then create autoresponder messages for each list accordingly. Promote your other products, the entire package and for those who have bought everything you can promote other people's products.

    Use a membership type script like my Simple Member Pro or similar. Most of the scripts on the market will allow you to have a single sales page that gets people into your system then allow you to offer more products to the customers once they log into the members area.
