Whats the Best Method of Article Marketing?

OK guys, I have a question for you...

I have recently started article marketing and I can see the benefits from it, however I am not getting the same results as some people mention. For example, I only get one sale every week (if that!), whereas some people are getting a couple of sales everyday.

Do you think I just need to write and submit more articles to more directories?

What am I doing wrong? Also, is it better to submit to Ezine Articles first and then to other directories?

Maybe I need to market different products - if so, how do I find the correct one?

Sorry for all the questions. but I would appreciate anyones help and advice... thank you

Best method I have found, is to provide insightful tips in the article itself, and then at the end of your article, let it naturally flow into your bio resource.. Here is the format I use for my bio resource.. I don't technically end the article I leave the reader hanging.

Then the bio goes along the lines of something like..

"Another thing I recommend is that you download my free pet sitting PDF report to learn how to .. bla bla bla.. Download your free report by visiting:

    yoursite.com

All the best tips have been stuffed inside so download now!"

Direct your traffic to a squeeze page to signup to your list.

Another aspect of article marketing is submitting tons and tons of articles. As of this writing I have written 48 in the past 2 months which doesn't seem like a lot.

Secondly you'll want to download a free article submitter software and blast your articles all over the internet for more readers and backlinks for SEO.. Hope i helped

At first I didn't want to post this, but hell, in two minutes this thread will fall to page 10, and no one will have read my post anyway.

Take your articles and combine them in ebook format, html compiled or pdf, it doesn't matter.

sign up for surefirewealth.com and resellitforprofit.com, they both have free memberships.

Then you submit your ebook to both memberships. surefirewealth.com alone has over 70,000 members.

The owners of those sites actually email their members of new products. It's like free email marketing.

There's still more you have to do to get it right, and even the guru's screw it up when they release master resale rights, but you can figure it out if you know your market.

I've had better luck in higher traffic niches which was exactly the opposite of what i thought when I started.

It does depend on your niche - but I have read on here that on average your articles will each bring in $1 to your weekly earnings. So 100 articles should be bringing you in $100 per week. But this doesn't account for other marketing techniques that might bring you in more.
