A Question To Site Flippers..

Hey warriors (Site Flippers)

I would love to know how to value a website I want to sell.
The site gets very little traffic per day and it is just over 2 months old.

Here is the site: Vince Delmonte's Nononsense Muscle Building Program

I am planning to sell it but I am not experience in that area and would love if someone could give me an idea on a bin price.

Your caontribution is very appreciated.

      Yes the content is unique and it gets a few clicks in adsense. It also made one sale of $87 for an affiliate product so what do you think?

          Thanks for your advice. Is just that I have some other projects working on and I don't have much time for this site. Will consider that though.
