where to sell an aged corporation

Anyone know a *trustworthy* site to sell aged corporations?
I have an extra 5-year-old S-corporation in good standing.

Thanks!

If you would like to sell your business online, the best place and the most well-known one is Flippa.

I've seen so many big name websites are sold there. For example, 47signals have been sold their design marketplace website on Flippa.

If you want more protection for your business's sale, just make your listing to private, like this one: https://flippa.com/2762564-amazing-y...huge-potential

Flippa is a well known place to sell websites but I would advise you go through a broker if you plan to sell there. Being that you have a business in good standing with some history they will be the ones to get you top dollar.

Look for an incorporation company, corporate services company and or resident agent in Delaware or Nevada. They inventory, deal in and sell clean aged corps all the time. They might take it off your hands quickly, but 5 years while nice, really isn't aged in comparison to what is available.

If you don't need to get rid of it and can afford the yearly filings, I would keep it in my back pocket. I believe there are economic, political, travel and privacy issues coming down the road that will make you happy that you kept it.

          Good Luck,

          Chris

I will have to agree with WebUS you should go through a broker. There are legal issues and takeover issues that will Need to be resolved. Flipping a website is Not the same as selling a corp. Be sure to get legal advice so that all responsabilities are transfered or you may be held liable for future debt and possibly worse.

I have setup international Corps. In Gibraltar, Malta And a few others it is not a push button thing and requires a notary public in most cases.

I would agree to sell an online business on flippa too. But if its an offline one then you should try out commerce center near your place.
