i would like to know whether someone did conversion testing, aka ) Linking to CB vendor sites (example: health remedies) as opposed to ) let them land on a review site and talk about the product highly, and THEN refer the reader to the vendor page. (Quality score is not an issue - i am interested in the plain conversion rates). A review site basically would "tune" the customer into buying mode before he sees the vendor page - thus the vendor page can actually be UGLY, and he would still buy based on the review? |

Really depends on how good the review page is. Sometimes it just gets in the way of a great sales process. Other times a killer review page can give the customer a "nudge" that will overcome a crappy sales page. As always, it depends on your review page and the product...testing for each one is the only way. |
