Have a VPS at BlackboxRDP or BlackboxWebServers... Are these guys still going?

I ordered a new VPS from these guys on Friday and still haven't heard a thing from them. Usually support is great and I have my VPS activated withing 5 hours at most, but this time it seems they've disappeared.

Just asking if anyone got an email or whatever to explain why they don't reply on support tickets or why there might be a delay?

    Well, today is Monday. 3 days with no contact is not usually a good sign. I would suggest you look for another VPS provider.

    If you're looking for a VPS, I would suggest either LiquidWeb, KnownHost, WiredTree and ServInt you won't regret it - support inquiries are answered less than a hour.

      Hi,

      Just wish to warn you. These guys don't answer on any requests. The server could be turned off for some days and they recently do not respond to such problems. Very poor service, I will go to other guys in few days...

    I have been using them for a couple of months, and the other day my sever was not responding.

    It took them about 24 hours to make a reboot.

    I then decided to run a windows update and encountered the following error.

    So what does that tell you? hmmmm

    I asked for an explanation but haven't heard from them - more than 30 hours ago; my subscription was up for renewal, so I decided it was time to leave.

    If I'm not mistaken, updating Windows Defender would resolve this issue. Those support response times are ridiculous.
