I need some advice. Iam in the process of creating a wso that I want to launch sometime in July.I was going to use Paypal as the payment proceessor, because they seem to be well liked and recognized. My problem is that unfortunately I dont have a bank account(going to take awhile to regain one) so my Paypal cant be verified. Can I still launch this wso using Paypal with no problem ?Suggestion or Thoughts would be appreciated thanks.

I think you should wait and get verified first. Unverified accounts usually have sending limits and looks unprofessional.

Whatever you do, do it well. Do it so well that when people see you do it, they will want to come back and see you do it again and they will want to bring others and show them how well you do what you do.~ Walt Disney.

I would get verified and follow the steps to do so.

otherwise there might be more of a change to you getting limited.

if you dont have a bank account, then contact them about the steps to go.

Paypal takes out a fee on whatever you money you receive for unverified accounts.

Unless you want to lose money, just wait. d:

You can still accept money if it is not verified.

Their trigger will be once you reach $700 into the account, they will ask for verification. Or you can submit everything in advance to avoid the account being limited.

I would get your bank account sorted asap to avoid any setbacks

@ricburey: Not only will your PayPal account gets limited but your ability to send out money will be removed once you meet their quota for sending out money. So you must get it verified if you're looking for a long-term online business.

If you don't have a bank account currently I would suggest trying to open one. There are plenty out there that you can open online and most without an opening deposit. If you're in the US look into Citibank.

Personally, I would only sell to or buy from people with verified accounts. It's proof that you actually exist.

It safeguards me for buyers protection. If the account nor address wasn't verified, and the person decided to dispute the transaction I feel that I would have less of a case on my behalf. and may lose out on the cash and the item.

Do not even think about launching a WSO until you have verified your account. Also make sure you are using a Premiere or Business account, not a personal one.
