You can't Trademark/Patent/Copyright just an idea.

You can trademark a name by using the TM mark after the name.
To do this, hold down blue Fn key while you type the blue NumLk key. Then hold down the Alt key while you use the blue number keys on some of the letter keys to type the blue letters 0153

        This should produce â„¢

So type YOUR NAME and the above steps to end up with YOUR NAMEâ„¢

Then add a statement that YOUR NAME is a trademark owned by etc.

as bengirwb said, you can trade mark a name/logo using TM after the name/logo. you can't really trademark a domain name, you can own the domain, but that's as far as it really goes.

you cant trademark an idea.....maybe a process if that's what youre looking at.

If you name your domain after your product or service, then your trademark would cover it.

For example, GloriousGraphics.com would be the domain for Glorious Graphicsâ„¢
Then on your web site state that Glorious Graphics is a tradmark of etc.

Good place for answers to this question:

      Trademarks FAQs

But that's US trademark office - and I'd think you need to see what your country has in that area. Or you may need to go through international registration.
