I heard this radio program and it can make IM seem a bit shady. Of course there are some shady people like in any industry.

Thanks for the info. I'll give it a listen. Unfortunately, a few bad apples end up spoiling the whole bunch in many people's eyes, but it's like any industry - the minority give everybody else a bad reputation.

Hopefully, they'll have more programmes that shed light on the less shady side of the industry.

Interesting radio show, unfortunately it seems to cover more money making schemes than actual businesses.

Kind of reminds me where Internet marketing was back in the 1990's in the U.S. You know the fast talking seminar Guru's painting fast riches with no work. Wait maybe that's how it still is ... but not as much.

There may be scammers but there are also genuine sites out there..The radio show only points out the bad things about IM.

The good things are that people are able to find good information through us and Google is forcing us to atleast post better content

You make a good point about how you can find good information and how Google and other gate keepers are forcing people to tighten up their game.

But the show exposes how many are still getting duped, fooled and over-hyped out of their money because of false hope instead sound business principles, time and work.

Listening to parts of it made me sad, but it was a wake up call to many who'll listen.

The reporter did a good job of asking people the tough questions, although few heard them.

Internet marketing is changing fast. Get on board or get left behind.
