Barry Richardson Passes away

While I don't recall Barry I am very sorry to hear this news. It is always sad when a Warrior passes over and the forum is a lesser place because of it. My sympathy to all who knew him and will feel the effects of his loss.

This is such sad news, and I will miss Barry's contribution to IM as well as just "being there".

Barry was always approachable.
You could always count on him.
And he was always there ...

I remember how he put a ton of effort into promoting Easter JV 2006, and got in the top 5.
And he also talked about his retirement from work to go full time into IM.
That seems like only yesterday.

See you Bazza, we will all miss you deeply.

My condolences to his family, Barry was very quick to help me when I first started using an autoresponder and was using his replybots service, when I switched over to aweber, He kindly gave me an offer to try his total marketer service.

He was always quick to answer any questions I had he will be missed.

I have talked with Barry a number of times and he was an all-round good guy. He was very straightforward and he said what was on his mind. With Barry, what you saw was what you got and he was very special.

Hello Everyone

I just got off the phone with Martha she has not heard for the doctor who is doing the autopsy so right now Barry's cause of death is a mystery.

Please let me take a moment here to speak my mind if you don't mind.

Barry was a true friend and he helped me as well as others get started as marketers. In all the years that I have known him we never missed a day of talking with each other. You get to know a person after talking with them over a long period of time and I guess we just hit it off from the start. Barry had been in marketing since 96 and was willing to help most anyone that asked.

I know a lot of you knew Barry as long or maybe even longer than I did but his passing is like losing a brother to me as we became close friends over the years. I want to thank each of you personally for your comments and for your prayers.

This is kind of hard on me even though we were not related as family members but Barry was considered a part of my family and we at times had to lean on one another.

I will miss him and his great attitude toward helping others. I made him a promise that I intend to keep and I appreciate everything you fellow warriors said and offered to do.

I can't speak personally for Martha but I am sure she feels the same toward each of you.

I will try my best to keep you informed of what is going on and when I get some figures together I will let you know how you can help if you want to.

and I had talked with many whom were using that as their solution.

I had heard he was always willing to help those with tight budgets when he could.

I just tried to get intouch with Barry earlier tonight on Skype.
Then I heard the sad news!

Barry helped me out a lot!
I didn't get to meet Barry personally but we would talk on Skype.
I felt like I knew him for a long time.
He just came across as a very kind, genuine, down to earth person.

I know Barry will be missed!

Hello Everyone

I just woke up and came in to check the posts here and I am so very glad to see that so many of you have left a message. I want to thank Ryan for setting up the fund page Martha I am sure she will be grateful.

I had intended to this myself and maybe should have done that first but I was kind of numb yesterday and I am still in a bit of a quandry as its hard to believe my best friend has passed so suddenly.

I will speak with Martha today and try to find out exactly the cause of Barry's death. I am sure Barry would appreciate the outpouring of love and friendship you all have shown thus far.

I'm not in the same league as most of you guys, but I first dealt with Barry many years ago when I bought one of his offers and there was a minor Paypal messup. He made it right and then some. Since then, I've read his posts and occasionally sent him a one or 2 line email - nothing major. But more importantly, he made me realize that there are real people behind the autoresponders. And the people have real families and friends. And most of the people are good, like Barry was.

When you look at the comments here and the people making them, it reads like a who's who in IM. I think it shows what a great man he was even for someone like me. I only hope that I personally can me of that caliber.
