Selling Domains Names: What are the best Place(s)?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about selling / auctioning off some domains...

I wanted to know what you guys thought was the best marketplace for this type of thing?

Also, I don't know could I do this in multiple places? Like godaddy auctions + other places? Or can I only sale one domain in one place?


Also, lets say I want to sell a domain on godaddy auctions, does that domain need to be registered through godaddy?


If anyone has experience with this could help me out, would really appreciate it!

    I don't have any experience with GoDaddy, but I would assume you would have to have the domain registered with them to sell it there.

    I would recommend Sedo and possibly Flippa depending on the domain.

    You can also sell domains at Digital Point Forums. Just enter the Domains sub section and list the PR and the amount of money you want for each domain.

    I hate Godaddy with a passion, but that is also an option.

      Hey Brandon, thanks for the advice... I honestly think I want something with a little broader range than digital point, which is going to be 95% of internet marketers their looking for domains there, vs perhaps some main stream people who need domains.

      What about flippa? Can I sell domains only here, or does it have to be websites?

      Also, i googled this, and sedo came up... never heard of it.. What do you think about them?
