Help on keyword research using Google's keyword tool-joke? Maybe?

This really hit me today and I was wondering if any of you warriors could help me with this?

I have been trying out many keyword tools for compassion and they really don't all add up...Well somewhat, but not really. From what I have found Google had their own agenda when looking at keywords and the others just somewhat follow suite!

So Warriors, what keyword tool do they professionals (professional worriors) use to build their empire???

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance for your input and guidance!

God Speed!

I like to think I'm pretty good at digging and finding information based on the following tools.

    1) Google Keyword Tool
    2) Ubersuggest
    3) Google Analytics
    4) SEMRush sometimes

Joey's list is pretty much top notch.

Google Adwords Keyword Tool is my favourite for keyword research by far. Just make sure that you are logged into your Google account while you search. You have access to a much larger list of keywords per search when you're logged into adwords.

I think you get 200 possible keywords when anonymous and 800 when you're logged in to your account.

All other paid keyword tools scrape their data straight from Google Adwords anyways. The one advantage of Long Tail Pro or similar software is that it can operate commands much quicker. But I still prefer Google directly for more precise results.
