follow and unfollow on twitter

What site can I use to follow and unfollow Twitter users, with the following features:

-- I need it to unfollow non-reciprocal followers after a certain amount of time. Preferably I'd be able to specify the length of time.

-- I need to be able to follow users with a particular phrase in their profile. (I want to follow users with a particular job description.)

-- If there's a free or low-cost site for this, all the better.

    To be successful using Twitter its best not to use an automated software.

    I spend time building up my lists on Twitter when I have free time like when I'm watching TV on my smart phone or when I am on a train journey.

    Automated softwares can often be flagged as spam and you may not get the targeted followers you desire.

    I'm more looking for a website that will give me a list of people who fit a search criteria, to follow.

    Then tells which ones didn't follow me back after a few days, so I can unfollow them.

    And that knows who I've unfollowed, so it doesn't suggest the same people again.

    And that is set up in a way that is either in line with Twitter terms of service, or very careful about that stuff.

    I use Tweepi to unfollow. I go to the last page of the flush tool, and unfollow those I've been following the longest, who aren't following me back. To get followers, I mostly use Twiends. If you want I can do this for you, and get you Twitter followers for as low as one cent each. You need tens of thousands of random followers to get results, and to do it quickly, you have to spend a bit more per follower, but it does work.

      Automation will take you to a point, then drop you off the cliff.

      I would follow a certain amount of folks, then share continually from them.

    I use Tweet Adder everyday with np. The problem comes when ppl become greedy and try to follow to many ppl per day. Use Tweet Adder with common sense and you will build a nice customer base
