Do you normally display the prices?

We will be setting up our official website for our web services.

I was wondering if it would be advisable to display the prices along with our listed services or a contact us button will do.

Which one do you think is ideal?

One of our services will be web design and development.

In my opinion, if you show the price it would convert better and you will not have any headaches. I don't understand this type of thinking, to show or not to show the price. If you are not showing the price what could you win? Or you want to make different prices for different customers?

If you show the price, make sure that you indicate clearly and completely the things that are included for the price. There are some buyers who may take advantage of your price, especially if they don't see the scope of that price.

I offer web services to offline clients and I show my prices on my site.
It can work both ways but I am working mostly with small businesses who like you to be open and honest about prices and what they are getting for their money.

If you think your prices are awesome and a big part of your marketing then you should definitely show your prices. However, if your prices are higher than the average, then you really should focus on showing the advantages that you offer that your competition do not have.

I agree with Dex88. If your price is an usp, do show it. I always do it because I feel it clears everything in the very first go.

It's a good idea as long as you're up front and honest. Showing the price can save prospective clients a lot of hassle.
