I am gong to share my paretos . Feel free to share yours too

My pareto factors

1) keyword research (laser targetted keywords) .. it doesn't have to be large volume keywords.

2) list building . I try to build small sized list that is highly responsive.

I prefer to have list with 500 highly responsive subscribers that trust me than to have list with 10.000 subscriber that only convert at 1%.

3) The first two hours after I wake up is my "prime time" I use the first two hours to work on most important tasks.

I'm a fan of having a "do not do" list also. When you need to get stuff done, you have to be disciplined about what tasks are huge time wasters.

    Bingo.

I don't check email in the morning. Email is other people's agenda for your time (quote from Tim Ferriss).

Wake up, grab some tea and sit my butt down to work.

My to-do list has just the 2-3 MOST important tasks that I want to get done. The tasks that, when done will bring me the most return. I focus on those above all else. Everything else can be delegated or ignored.

    Good topic dizen
