What is the best time of the week and day to send out internet marketing emails to subscribers for maximum response?

Also, what is considered a "healthy" or good monthly unsubscribe rate? Or what are the average unsubscribe rates in the industry?

    Honestly, i just put emails into my autoresponder and let it work itself. I send an email every 4 days. I reserve broadcast emails for tie in promotions with holidays. Been working very well for me.

    The only way you can figure these things out is to test with your own list. Focus on the actions that add the most subscribers to your list. Then adjust accordingly.
