Help with a site that has error 403 Forbidden

Hi,

Need help with a clients site that is coming up with error 403 Forbidden message with
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can someone please help me with this issue.

It'll be greatly appreciated

    Do you have an index.html or index.php file in the directory?

    If you don't, upload one and see if that removes the issue.
