DVD Fulfillment Service + digital downloads?

I need a DVD fulfillment solution that also provides digital products for download.

Here is my situation: I create DVDs with video lessons for sale. I also want to make the Quicktime video files available for direct download, as an option.

Some people prefer to buy the DVDs to a higher price, some prefer to just get lower quality video files, instantly available for download, after purchase. I could perhaps offer both to a slightly higher price.

My question is, what solution can you recommend that would be able to

1) Create and ship DVDs directly to my customers after purchase (like Kunaki).
2) For those who want digital products - provide the customer with a password-protected account where they can download the file. Another option would be if the customer got an email with a direct link to download the file(s).

I am currently using E-junkie for digital downloads, and that works well. After payment is submitted, the customer gets an email with the links to download the products. However, they don't create DVDs and send them to my customers.

I would love it there was one solution that can do both of these scenarios in a good way, so that I can focus on production and not worry about the ordering and shipping details. I have been shipping out DVDs by myself to customers, but it's starting to take way too much time away from production.

Any tips appreciated.

I have done the shipping for a client in the past..it was quite a job! I eventually helped him find a fulfillment service and the cheapest and best one we found was kunaki.com. This worked for him and he still provided digital delivery. Another good thing about kunaki was they didn't require a minimum and it was all done automatically.

    Kunaki seems good.

I guess in my case, the simplest would seem to be to continue using e-junkie for taking orders, and then I manually enter these orders into Kunaki? I think I can export orders from e-junkie and then upload them to Kunaki.

That way, I can keep using just e-junkie and I also enable instant digital downloads for the DVDs that have that option.

Using one system for digital downloads, and a different system for DVDs doesn't seem so streamlined, from a customer perspective. Unprofessional? My customers will be buying both kinds of products, for sure.

I face the same issue: digital download with a CD that I am currently producing and mailing. I read right here on WF about a script that will integrate Kunaki into a Paypal payment flow. Let me look for the link.... ahh, here it is:

KunakiPal - Kunaki PayPal Integration and Automation

I have not tried this script out, but there is a thread that discusses it.
