Does anyone know this Amazon/Affiliate Theme/Script?

From some other threads I found two Amazon web sites that look identical. One also has other affiliate programs.
They look identical but looking at the source the first site seems to be built on WordPress and the second on stand alone pages likely built by a script. Since they are identical, I'm thinking it may be a script that is available stand-alone and as a WP Plugin.
The first site has an "endless" scrolling page that simply fetches more products as you scroll down. It also has products from many other suppliers besides Amazon.

You can't scroll to the bottom of this page... using an infinite scroll plugin/script.
