Recent New Teak to Penguin or Panda

Has anybody else noticed a recent change to their serps in google over the last few days or week?

All my keywords have dropped approx 2-10 pages..... all of them! That's around 500 kws! Some have completely vanished from the serps entirely...

I have not done anything radical or made any significant changes... I think the penguin or panda has been tweaked and something I am unaware of has been added into the mix ....

Does anybody have any knowledge or understanding of this most recent change?
Or am i the only one affected and its something directly to do with my site only?

    God damn Google, its really not a great long-term source of traffic anymore.

    I have just discovered this is just me.... Apparently I have over 2500 soft 404 errors and that is stopping google from ranking my pages.. I do not understand this but apparently that is the case.

    PLEASE CAN ANYBODY HELP?

    I need to fix this to get my site back.. these 404 errors are old pages that were deleted several weeks ago but are still indexed in G's serps... I have no idea why this seems to a problem but I have been told it is a major problem... when I read about 404's and soft 404's in G it tells me the pages that do not exist would naturally drop out of the serps but it seems they haven't.... when I look at my webmaster tools, I see more and more 404s are being discovered every day and they are not dropping off the serps.... what do I do about this?
