Many people are secretive with their outsourcers, workers, graphics people,

Yet other people share them. Is this because people don't want to share their resources?

Can you also list 10 resources/workers that people would want to keep to themselves

    People keep them secret because it is hard to come by good workers. Probably their rates are competitive and they only work for one or two people. If your looking for workers, i suggest odesk.com

    I will reveal "how to find a good team of outsourcers," but why would I give up the team that I've personally discovered? Finding a team of effective workers is a challenging task that requires a TON of trial and error. By revealing my sources to a large group of people, I am essentially compromising a list of contacts that may have taken me months to establish.
