PayPal payment selected for review?

I just received this e-mail about a PayPal payment for a WSO sale. However, the e-mail and the claim in PayPal somehow contradict each other.

E-mail:

Dear Eduard,

You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by
the PayPal account holder. Here are the details of the transaction we are
investigating:

details

...

In order to continue our investigation, we need some additional information
from you.
The actual claim:

Unauthorized Payment Details

This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation.

This is a security measure meant to protect you from problem transactions.

We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete.

Please provide some additional information about this transaction.
Now, I just want to make clear the fact that this is NOT another "PayPal is evil thread" - I completely understand their need to verify payments. I'm just a bit confused about what files/documents should I send them?

If I make a screenshot of the W+ sale details, would that be enough? What do you guys recommend?

I'm not sure how a payment can be "unauthorized" - since the buyer is requested to use his own personal password to log-in to PayPal.

I'm thinking about attaching a screenshot from the W+ sale details, since they sort of "work together" I guess (don't know how to call it - I'm talking about the approval I gave W+ to use my PayPal account automatically). If that doesn't work, I'm thinking about calling them.

Any thoughts?
