Need a little help in deciding how to go about this.

I promote an e-book in a very specific niche. I don't sell it(Nor I want to).
I use content locking on my website. Which lets the visitor download only if they complete a cpa offer.

I have a landing page which gets its traffic from youtube mainly, and when someone visits my page he can read my pitch about the file. And if they want they can download it. So I am not actually looking to build a relationship with the readers because all I have to offer is that file. When after they get the file, their job is done. They get the information they need. I get my cpa offer done. Everybody is happy.

However, after doing some keyword research I found many long tail keywords related EXACTLY to my niches have very few competition on google. You know stuff like forum posts etc, which don't have a lot of backlinks pointing to it.
And what I wanna do is capture all this traffic. So how do I go about doing that from a single page website? That's the challenge.

Do I have to write a blog entry for each of these long tail keywords and then in that article point them to my landing page.
Also if this is the strategy I am going to use, should I build links for each of these posts?
Need a little bit of guidance.

Unfortunately, you won't get too far with Google with a single page website, you would really have to look deeper into the SEO aspects of this (outside the scope of this post of course).

What does strike me is that if your traffic is nicely targeted then why don't you consider capturing at least an email address, build a list and promote other products?

Just a thought - don't know the details of your setup so difficult to comment further.

Thank you les for your though, that has given me an entirely different new Idea.
But for this site it won't fit into my strategy.

On the other hand for this site I am considering adding a blog that targets several long tail keywords. What I am asking is how do I go about SEOing this blog.
      Do I..
a)Optimize my each blog post for a new keyword and build links for that keyword until I reach the top of google for that keyword.
      OR
b)Use some other strategy which is still unknown to me because frankly option a is a lot of work and will take a lot of time.
