Response has been good and I've received interest from affiliates to promote my book. Some questions:
1. Do you qualify affiliates or do you just take anyone who offers?
2. DO you check with them on their marketing strategies or just give them free reign?
3. What is the best way to recruit a dedicated team of affiliates who will drive sales up?
4. How do you get big-time affiliates interested in promoting your product?
