I opened an account with Clicksure yesterday. But since I opened I cant log in and have access to my account. All is telling me when I try to log in is 'check your details and try again' To those who use ClickSure, Is it only me having problems? Do you people make money with Clicksure?

I guess it is a problem with their site because when I tried opening the account today, I got through. This is disturbing putting in mind that you want to check what's going on with your account.

      Thanks Larry for the reply.

Yes,I made some cash with Clicksure, but sometimes got the same problem, my partners from UK can't buy via Clicksure...don't know why..support is not responding so I'm loosing money...I recommend you to use Clickbank it's better..and found a strange thing at the Clicksure contact, there is not phone number for support so I think this for a big company is impossible...well...your choice..

The best thing to do is to email them and to see why you can not log in. Sometimes they send members an email with a link that you need to click on to confirm and become a full member. See if that is the case here.

I've been corresponding with Clicksure affiliate support and Clicksure finance regarding my banking details and I must say they've have substantially improved their customer service over the past couple weeks. I received a reply with a couple days and they actually took a proactive approach and followed up with me through their support ticket system regarding some information they needed from me. A Clicksure rep mentioned in another thread that they need to grow slowly so we as affiliate marketers need to let them experience the growing pains that all affiliate networks go through. They are no Clickbank and don't purport to be or want to compete with them. I think they are on the right track. Just my 2 cents.

    Hi.
I have tried to buy a few products via ClickSure but my card was never accepted (from Sweden) so I wrote them and asked what was the problem. First product question tehy at least answered me and wrote a second follow up email, that they should look into it, but since then I have not heard from them again. Second product I only got the auto reply from them and nothing more. Third time (yesterday) I thought I call them, but can't find a phone number anywhere? Is this real? No chat either. How do I get in contact with them if they don't answer by email?
    All and any help appreciated!

    Thanks
    /Ztarzan
