uploading camtasia to youtube....help!

Hi guys,

I have free trial of camtasia and have just done my 1st video which is a mix of video & screen recording.

When I try to upload to youtube, after processing, I get the message failed!

Any ideas?

What format did you save the video in? Youtube only accepts specific formats.

Format is like .avi or .mpeg

Don't stop at just Youtube. Use TubeMogul.com (not an affiliate link) to get it out to about 20 sites (it's free by the way.)

Graham, YouTube has a 10 minute or 100 meg upload limit.

Create your video in FLV format. That should keep it under the minimum size
unless the video is super long. In that case, it won't matter as 10 minutes is
the max.

Not any more. 10 minute limit still stands but now the file size limit is 1 gig.

Graham, it may be your internet connection giving you problems unless your video is longer than 10 minutes or bigger than 1 gig.

Thanks for the update I did not realize that they had increased the upload limit to one gig.

I think the new size limit might be to support high quality video, but Josh would know better than me on that.
