Top of the lined Database Management System

Hey guys,

Can anyone help me out of my problem. I've been searching for a cheaper and user friendly Database Management. I am not a coder or any have idea about coding. I just wanted to collect all the emails of my clients place it inside the database then send them promos, birthday cards, etc. My friend told me to use Impact Data from Australia but it's kinda confusing for me. Can anyone out there help me out of this one. Any Database that you've been using and wanted to share to me.

    You need a email list manager/auto responder, not a database management system.
