Affiliate/Dropshipper Site Templates

Hey Guys --
I am looking to create and sell websites that I can set up for dropshippers or affiliates vendors, and sell as a business opportunity.

see turnkey pages dot com for dropshipper examples.. no space.. (i have no relation)

How can i create multiple sites like this? What software do I have to buy?

Buy / hire someone to make 5-10 or more templates and do a lot of a/b split testing.
