Who are you? A Spender who likes to spend money on traffic and things to generate sales, or are you a saver who likes to save every penny of your money while investing time into getting traffic and sales?

I can be a spender and a saver at the same time.

It all depends on how reasonable it is to invest a good money on something that will generate traffic and sale. If the price is reasonable and the means of driving traffic to my business to generate sales do not make me foresee myself uttering 'I was ripped off' or "I was scammed' I will definitely invest on it.

IMHO, everything must undergo a case study initiated either by me or by the service provider.

    My $0.02.

Spender VS Saver... I have tried both..
Now I aim for organic traffic, but in this case I prefer to use some backlink services instead of doing all the work manually myself.
You need to find out cost / benefit and then priotize.

I prefer to say i am a invester who save.. hehe.. however there can be bad investment in which the money 'spent' did not get good traffic or ROI. it still depends on what u are trying to achieve in eventually.

Neither. I don't like spending money on paid traffic for the sake of making sales. I love spending money on paid traffic that generates profits. If it doesn't make money, I quit doing it.

Same goes for spending time on getting traffic. If a method doesn't generate a positive ROI, I'm not wasting my time on it.

It's pretty obvious from your phrasing which camp you are in. "Spending money" vs. "investing time".

I'd say both personally. In my business I focus on both paid and organic traffic to diversify my income. I don't mind spending money to buy data so that I can turn the campaign profitable - that's part of the game and it has to be done. Once the campaign is profitable though - you're not really spending money but rather investing it into a profitable campaign.

Personally I'm a saver when it comes to my own personal money after I pay myself from my businesses. I keep the majority of the money I earn in my businesses to continue to grow them and I save a majority of the money I do take out personally for a rainy day. This industry is up and down all the time - if you go out there and blow all of your money because you had a good month you won't be prepared for when you have a bad one.

An invester hands down. There's plenty of time online to do paid advertising and to get instant results.

I think you should take it a bit more differently. Spending as an Investment is a good thing,
but wasting it is a bad thing.

I spend on pretty much everything other than traffic.

I tried AdWords and got taken to the cleaners.

I find SEO easier and more consistent in terms of results.

    Hey, I'm neither, I'm investing.

for example when advertising my squeeze page I rather use paid traffic because it is instant and predictable(I invest in it) but I get a back-end ROI, But I must say that "free" traffic methods are a must and you can outsource them.

So... I guess i'm an investor

I'm both a spender and saver. To spend time and money on what works while saving effort and further investments on things that do not work. A successful online marketer will be one who knows what and when to save and spend .

Investor. I try and think about how much my time is worth in $$$ compared to how much it will cost to not do the work.
