List building question, How do you choose a domain for ur squeeze page ?

Hi guys

Going to start in the world of listbuilding tonmorrow , I`ve got my product , squeeze page ect sorted its a product that offers some really good Amazon PLR material and theres a OTO so...

When it comes to hosting do i choose a domain that really matches the product (Amazon) or do choose a domain thats open to alot of areas in the IM niche ?

How do you guys go about this ?

    Be careful in adding a brand/name in your domain url, as you can get in some legal hotwater.

    You can do both, you can even do this:

    www. MyExistingSite.com/gift

    so you can create a new page on your existing site as a sub directory, where the squeeze page can lie.

    (but if you defo want a new domain, then you can play about with words, come up with 10 names, and pick the best one which matches what you need it for)

      This probably sounds terrible but I really don't care THAT much about domain name for stuff like this... as long as it's at least SLIGHTLY relevant, I'm happy with it.

    So i`m thinking i could buy a domain like www.jimsmarketingtips.com and every squeeze page / funnel i build i just add it to a page on my site

    www.jimsmarketingtips.com/adsense101/
    www.jimsmarketingtips.com/CPA101
    www.jimsmarketingtips.com/Amazonriches

    Is this how you do it ??

      2 years jammy i`ve just come back was there 8 months last year livin it large in Pattaya when the Panda struck screwed me UP UP had to come home lol Back end of the year got a little property i`m selling here once its gone gona get a place over there and get stuck into some serious work ! Wot you doing IM ??

    Yes I would also recommend that.

    My squeeze page is at mydomain.com/pagename and I find it works just fine like that

    ld suggest going with myname.com/free offer or gift since branding i s a very imporant step of listbuilding, create a blog, use a sub directory for the squeeze page.

    I have a few projects, one being my old business, music production video tutorials.

    I am now setting myself up to start IM coaching business.

    I have John Thornhill as my Mentor so i am hoping to be ready to release my coaching program end of year so we shall see

    We are leaving Thailand in a year, back to the UK for a month then off round europe looking for somewhere to settle down. Its nice here and all that but too much hassle and Phuket is getting more and more dangerous every month it seems.
