How to life Google+ ranking in Google web search

INTERNET MARKETING

My Google+ is https://plus.google.com/u/0/112947947921426473505/posts. It ranks as the 10th position if the search keywords are "hangzhou interpreter" and ranks as the 7th position if the search keywords are "Hangzhou translator". How can I lift my Google+ to a higher position?
