What should I do with a dead decade old PR 4 website?

I have a PR 4 website which is 11 years old. In the past it has had links from huge websites such as a Yahoo blog and a major sports league, however it now gets about 10 visitors per day if that. At its peak it was getting 2,000 visitors per day. I am not sure what to do with the site. It is optimized for unprofitable general "news" terms which require too much site work with updates to have any credibility (the news site model is basically get a gazillion visitors and make pennies off each). I think a lot of its linkbacks have "news" in the link so I feel like its hard to re-brand and optimize for more profitable keywords. Its in the sports niche. What would you do?

I would sell it on Flippa. Ever considered it?

It's hard to point you give you solid advice without seeing the Website in question but if you don't want to put time into it and you don't think it's monetizable, then simply sell it.

Could you do blog curation on sports, and sport events and weave different offers such from clickbank, amazon, commission junction, etc. in some of the posts?

Hmm well maybe you could make a news site about sports and sell related products from click bank. idk that's rough... maybe just sell it or rank it and sell it.

You could sell it on Flippa, although without income, the site probably won't make much of a profit after the listing fees.

Or you can sell it with ZERO fees, by posting a few posts on digitalpoint forums first, then they let you list it for free, so your profit will be higher. That's what I've heard from several sources anyway, although not tried it yet myself. Worth finding out about, I'd think
