What tools to get when starting over?

I'm just recovering from a major crash and computer rebuild and I found out later that my recent backups were corrupted. Though I'm not devastated because most of what I lost was clutter I'm not so sure that I want to download all the tools & programs that I had.
If you were starting over what essential tools and programs would you use?
My first installs were:
Roboform Everywhere
Norton 360
Dropbox
Skype
Adobe Reader
PrimoPDF
Picpick (free screen capture) haven't tried it yet.
I have not reinstalled Office 2010 yet. (not sure if I want to)
Any suggestions that make life easier would be appreciated.
