5 Star Rating System PHP Script

Can anyone recommend a PHP script which will allow my site visitors to vote (rate) items on the site.

I'm looking for something similar to YouTube's rating system.

Ajax based would be great, but not required.

I'm sure there must be an open source version out there somewhere...
