How to accept payment from customer's paypal to other skrill/payoneer

Hi Warriors,

I dont have paypal account, but i didnt got my money from the customer because he only pays with paypal. I like to know if there is a way i can get the money from his paypal account services like moneybookers or payoneer, or if can send me the money from his paypal to services like western union.

    Why don't you use some payment processor that accepts Paypal? Plimus, e-junkie, 2CO and Clickbank are some examples.

    Ultimately, you need to select one from these or others depending upon your exact needs, but the above should get you started.

    If the client have credit card he can pay you directly to your Payoneer card.

    He only can use paypal, because the account itself is not his, someone open it for him. Our countries are not eligible for paypal.

      So far I know its not possible to send money from paypal to moneybookers or Payoneer. You can tell your client to hire you at any freelancing site (Odesk, Elance or any other) and pay the money. They will charge around 10%, but I think this is the safest way to collect money as you have no other option. When your freelancing account is recharged you can transfer it easily to your moneybookers or Payoneer card. How is the idea ?

        Its nice, but i have payoneer card from odesk the mone is 300usd, the card is not activated yet, so Payoneer and odesk is going cut more than 50usd becuase odesk cut 10% and payoneer cut 24usd because i am in the list of country that should pay 24usd,and other service fees.
        I am opening vendor account on plimus, so my customer buy my service and i will get the money using wire transfer, i still dont know how much they take, it will try find out or if anybody know pls let me know.

    Fast and safe option is to get 2checkout.com account, they accept paypal (you don't need an account), moneybookers/ skrill, credit card etc..

    For instance, if I have a client who uses paypal, but I don't, and he wish to send me money from his paypal account to my payoneer card, will this be possible?

    OR... Money can only be sent from a person's paypal account to his payoneer card ?.

    In which of the given conditions can money be transfered from paypal to payoneer?

      Money can only be transferred from your paypal account to your Payoneer card. Meaning he would have to send the payments to your paypal account then you transfer them to the card with our US Payment Service.
