How do you track clicks with for your list?

I can't seem to find any comprehensive info about how best to set up tracking for email list marketing.

I have been using Prettylinks to generate shortened URL's for my emails. When I use them in aweber it is flagging them as having errors?

Aweber seems to be tracking my links - is this flagging just a bug.

How do you set up simple tracking for your list marketing?

      I use Prosper202 and just set-up Aweber as a traffic source. Since Prosper202 tracks a keyword variable for each click, I just set my keyword is the name of whatever funnel or list I'm promoting. That way, you can generate reports that show the earnings from each funnel and the value that each opt-in/visitor adds to your bottom line.
