Drop Ship a la Kunaki - but for Kits (DVD + Booklet + Book?)

I'm about to launch an info-kit that i'm selling for like $499.

Obviously at that price point, I'd like to provide some integrity to the presentation, and what I have in mind is a white-boxed kit, including a DVD, book, booklet, and a few forms.

I'm quite fine with paying $20-$30ish at that price point... Kunaki does CDs/DVD's, but not books or booklets. I've seen a few book printers, but none that do DVD's as well.

Oh, and drop-ship of course with print-on-demand would be nice.

Anyone hip to a fabulous company? Or do I need to hook up 2 separate companies and hope the goods arrive on the same day?
