Banner/Header Size shows up different on diff. browsers

Hey all! Just recently created my site and encountered a slight problem...
I'm using a wordpress theme called Responsive
The banner I made showed up fine with Google Chrome. But when my friend checked it out with Firefox, the banner was way too large and didn't fit on the screen properly. I rechecked myself using firefox, and the problem was there. Any ideas?
#banner or header #browsers #diff #shows #size

A responsive theme is one that will automatically stretch or shrink to fit the screen of the device viewing the website. This helps with devices such as tablets and mobile phones. If you don't want the images to resize then best not to use a responsive theme.

      Thanks for the quick reply!
That's still a bit confusing though because I was still on the computer... it was just a different browser that I used
