Hi all,

I am a WordPress webdesigner, and design any kind of affiliate websites with onsite and off site SEO. I do the offsite SEO following the Post Panda and Penguin updates to improving ranking of websites in search engines.

Now I think to develop my own website through which I can provide services like Article Writing, Blog Writing, WP Blog designing, SEO and Backlink generating.

I need suggestion from you, which kind of website will help me. Whether a membership site, a review site or .......

Need your help in guiding me.

    You could make your website a "service offered" site, rather than membership or review, although those options might work for you as well. Making the site is only a small part of the job though, offering services is the easy part, actually getting people to buy those services is the challenge, but I guess you know that from your SEO work.

    If what you are doing to get clients for your SEO work, is getting you plenty of clients and you are making good profit, then do the same strategy for getting clients for the other types of work as well as offering the additional services to your existing and past customers. If you are not getting enough clients for your SEO work, then offering more services is unlikely to make much difference, and you need to learn more about how to market your services. One option is dong a JV with someone who has an IM list, so you can advertise your services on their list, and split the profits.

      I am happy to get your reply. But I have to make my list building as well via my website. How can I sell my service and build my list in parallel?
      The time has come for me to build a list for myself.

    Hi Chandan,

    I agree with Chris that a simple site where you offer your services makes more sense (I don't get why you would want a membership or review site?).

    Also, I think it's difficult to build a list classical style like that. If I want SEO services, I really don't want to be on some SEO guys list, I just want it done for me.

    One thing I could imagine though is to make a kind of contest. The person who refers the most new subscribers to you gets some kind of valuable service from you for free (put a high price tag on that too emphasize value).

    Hopefully others will jump in with better ideas :-)

      I suggest you create an "service offered" website (like Chris suggested), and set a special disconted price for list memebrs. You should also provide some other relevant bonuses for you list, to get them to sign up.

      Personally, I would sign up if I was interested in your services, or if you could provide interesting content.

      Thanks for your kind words. I will build a service offering website our and will offer some bonus to the person signing up. The person also get my service in a discounted price.
