Need your help (especially if you are Aussie)!

Hello fellow warriors

I have an ebook on estate planning strategies that I want to give away for free here in return for testamonials.

This book is most relevant for Aussies (or warriors with Australian assets). You will discover:
  • how to protect your inheritance from challenges. Not sure if you are aware, the new legislation on Family Provisions make it very easy for people to challenge your will;
  • common issues and hidden traps that most people miss when they prepare their wills
  • hidden de facto death duties that will catch 99% of all estates and how to avoid being tax. Also learn how to make sure that your beneficiaries pay minimal tax on the earnings on the inherited assets;
  • how to protect your beneficiaries inheritance from THEIR family breakdowns and bankruptcy.

If you go to a lawyer for this advice, prepare to pay upwards of $3k - that's if they know how to give this sort of advice.

I am thinking of selling the book either at $47 or $97 - I am interested to get feedback on whether I can sell at the higher price.

Please PM me if you are interested, or alternatively send me an email: jeff.chung AT proplanprofessional DOT com DOT au

Thanks in advance.

    Great job man. Concerning the price, it depends on your evaluation and the volume of the ebook. Also not that you will need a super compelling sales page to sell at the higher price

    I did a little bit of research Jeff and there is a lot of good information online so I would probably go for the $47 and possible $97 for a printed manual rather than a book.

    Also make sure you sell it in Aus dollars as I have hit this before and with the current us rate it can become a real road block for Aussie purchasers.

    Possibly another way to do it would set a forum so people could discuss it.

    Just a couple of ideas.

      Thanks for the ideas Quentin! The forum is a good idea, but I might have to graduate to that, since I am a web newbie!

      I think you will not find that most of the strategies in the book on many of the freely available information on the net.

    If you are going to make it into a stand-alone product, then it would be advantageous for you to get a domain & hosting for the mini-site.

    Give away a teaser report with info in it that points back to the main website.

    Just because it is online does not give you the right to charge more than a printed book.

    Go to any bookstore and you can find books on similar subjects for cheap... and much bigger thean a .pdf publication.

    The more people who get it, the more they are likely to recommend it to others, so price it so that it's valuable, but not overvalued.
