Best way to make money online

What do you people think is the best way to make money online?

affiliate marketing

ppc like adsense

cpm where you get paid per 1000 impressions

Selling advertisemenst on your websites for a period of time

Selling your own products

or a combination?

I am currently doing a combo of adsense and affiliate marketing and this works well for me but I was wondering what other internet marketers think about this.

    I think this is purely going to depend on where your interests lie. Every person is going to perform differently in various money-making methods, and much of it is because they will or will not have passion in what they do. Someone who loves affiliate marketing (and makes great money from it) will probably tell you affiliate marketing, while others who love to blog with a huge following, may say that their preference lies strictly with ads.

    All have potential to do well... it just depends on the person behind it.

    It really depends on what your skills are and what you like to do.

    I personally love to do SEO and affiliate marketing so to me it's the best one.

    However...

    There are many people who love to spend the cash to get traffic and convert a high ticket CPA offers. To them this is the best way to make money online.

    I'd say look around at all the things and strategy and pick the one that works and you like best.

    How long is a piece of string?

    There is no single, best answer - and anybody who tells you otherwise is probably trying to take your money (generally speaking, that's not aimed at anybody in this thread).

    You know yourself better than anybody else, so you need to know what types of things you would like to do, and which ones you don't like to do. We could sit and debate the merits of every online money-making method there is...or not.

    Think of it as a journey of self-discovery; a journey that nobody else can go on for you.

      This is the true answer. I can't really believe some of the other posts like try SEO, PPC etc. The point i would suggest is where are your natural talents, like for example do you enjoy writing, if so maybe look at going into article writing, copywriting etc.
      Don't put your hands in too many pies at the same time as otherwise you will focus on everything and nothing at the same time.
      Elziabeth, i don't necessarily agree with you that you need to do something you enjoy. Whilst it may be true to an extent, the main thing i think is, to do something where you're naturally talented and can offer a good proposition to clients and customers.

    There is no the real "best way" of making money online. It depends on many factors and all the
    methods mentioned can yield excellent results.

    I like to point half-jokingly that you can even make big money selling flowers. But, to do that,
    you'd need to be great at it, add your twist and do something other flower shops don't do.

    Same in IM, you can make money in many different ways, but you need to know what you are
    doing, mainly focusing on your interests and skills.
