I've worked for some bad and really bad call centers in my life. The truth is that there are some great ways to know if you should work or hire a specific call center.

    I like your checklist. However, you should emphasize BRAND DEVELOPMENT more.

    The best call center would be one that helps a company GROW their brand's credibility. Bad support and bad service erode a brand. Good support and 'beyond the call of dutiy' customer care grows a brand. Everything a business does, whether online or offline, must build their brand. Competition is getting tougher each day and paying attention to your BRAND goes a long way in setting yourself apart from the competition.
