hi
have been researching internet marketing for a while reading everything and still dont understand alot. purchased micro niche finder to help me a bit. i have found keywords with 250+ searches per month with less than 10000 exact matches. i am now looking for products with sales training in it or i can create my own as i have a sales background and i love sales and talking to people. i am wondering if i create a ebook on sales training if anyone can help me get it to market and guide me along the way. plus it may also be useful for other new members thanks

Best course of action would be to start marketing a few affiliate products that match your skillset.

Before you start writing your sales training guide, be sure to do some research in order to learn more about your target market. Then, start writing. When it's done, create a Warrior Special Offer (WSO).

There is a LOT to learn but if you stay focused and organized you'll do fine.

    Best of Luck

If you love sales why not skip the product creation and just
focus on developing leads and selling to them on the phone?

You are talking about making a foray into a saturated market
(sales training materials) where you'll have to compete against
entrenched competition (Bryan Tracy, et al.) - when you could
just start a direct selling business and earn 6 figures talking to
    people.

    hi loren
sorry bit dumb - what do you mean developing leads and selling to them on the phone. do you mean do my ebook, and then call people to sell to?????
all of the keywords i have chosen have got less than 33 competitors for those words so i thought i would be able to capitalise on them
    thanks julie

    hi Calvin
when you say affiliate products that match my skill set - in this particular niche i am unable to find any other than maybe amazon.com
with learning more about my market do you just suggest i go to forums and read what they are talking about or do you have other suggestions?
    thanks julie

I meant you can make a lot more money being a salesman
than you can peddling your own ebook to tiny uncompetitive
niches. Sure you can use your ebook to get leads, but the
real money is in selling big-ticket coaching and so on. If you
don't have a back end publishing your own ebooks will likely
    be a small income stream.

Look, if you can sell and like it you have a big advantage in the
marketplace because most people are terrified, suck at it,
    and hate it.

Join a money-making bizop program, advertise it and sell. Pretty
simple. Or don't. Do ebooks. How much money do you think
you can earn in your low-competition niche this year?

Some of the really bad advice going around is that people
who want to make money as marketers should only focus
on low competition niches. Why bad? Because low competition
is usually (not always) a sign that there aren't many buyers
in the niche. I think IMC (the late Corey Rudl's company)
teaches some great stuff, for example, but they also sell
$5k coaching that teaches people to make one website for
a low-competition niche that will proabably take years
    to recoup the investment.

The competitive niches are competitive for a reason: they
are profitable. If you are capable of competing (and ability
to sell on the phone is a major advantage) then look at
niches where real money is being made.

Sure - try to find keywords that are underexploited in those
niches, but going after niches because they look easy is
usually a sign that there isn't much profit in them.

ok so what you are saying is to go for more competetive niches. the keywords i was going to useall had under 500 impressions per day on google. i might go to clickbank and see what products there are and first of all try and sell their products. yes i am good at phone sales, however, i really suck at writing. i am aware that with articles the idea is to get the person to your website but when you get them to your website you then have to sell. say for example i wanted to get someone to buy a dating product after having a few articles on my site besides saying click here to get a free report etc are there any other words i would use to entice buyers on a website. it is a totally different ball game to phone sales and just to get a sale would make me happy
      thanks for your help julie

I would love to say, "Buy My Book, Apply It And You Will Hit $100 Per Day Soon" but I am not allowed to.

Anyway, as a new marketer, my advice to them is always to understand the kind of skill sets they have. If writing is not too daunting, my recommendation for you is to start using article marketing. Once you are able to make some decent profits, reinvest that either to outsourcing for others to write for you, or into other advertising such as PPC, etc.

Everyone starts somewhere. The important thing is to brush those distractions and info overload aside, and focus on a business model that has worked well for most folks. Learn from the start and make necessary fine-tunes along the way, and you will start seeing some positive results and improvements.

what you need is a system. 100 dollar a day is hard to achieve if you starting up. why not look for a course that is step by step course that doesn't cost much. choose business model: affiliate marketing, adsense, dropshipper etc. focus on one thing and take action.

I agree with bingbong. You need a system.

I used to be in the EXACT same position that you are. When I first started out, I did a lot of adsense. It only took me a few weeks to get to my first $100. But after that, I hit a ceiling. I couldn't scale my income because I had to do too much stuff manually.

I tried all kinds of things to increase the earning power of my sites and offers. But then, a lightbulb went off in my head. I realized

I DIDNT NEED TO MAKE MORE MONEY ON EACH SITE, I JUST NEEDED MORE DAMN SITES!

Even $0.10 a day with one site is a lot of money if you have 10,000 of them. So, I built a system to do it. Check out this video. I made it for another forum, but you can see part of how my blog money system works:

Don't worry, I WILL NOT TRY TO SELL MY SYSTEM TO YOU. I wouldn't sell it to ANYONE. I never have understood why someone would sell a successful money making machine. What is the incentive? If you have a goose that lays golden eggs, why would you sell it for gold? Just leave it alone and let it lay eggs! Anyway, I digress... back to the video.

My strategy for getting up to xxx a day was not rocket science. It just involved two key concepts:

      1. Automation
      2. Scale

Find something that makes money. ANY money. Even 1 penny. Then, figure out how you can make it happen automatically. Then do it 100,000,000 times. Simple concept. But difficult to implement.

If you watch the video, you'll see my approach. Honestly, the software that i use wasn't the hard part. The conceptual framework for the system was much more difficult to come up with. And, I show you a huge part of that in the video FREE.

If you can build a similar type of system, I guarantee that you will start making hundreds a day. Just take the general concepts that I've given you here, and apply them to your ventures.

Another thing... and this is one of my biggest secrets...

If you go shotgun like I have, don't worry about trying to find good niches. Take aim at everything. You NEVER KNOW what will produce. Use the 80-20 rule as a razor. 20% of your sites will make 80% of your income. The money makers get individual attention, the other ones just cruise on autopilot.

You can spend forever doing 'research', and never taking action. If you build a page and it doesn't generate traffic, so what? You have a page now you can use for back linking, etc. Web pages are like online real estate. It never hurts you to have more property.

On the other hand, you never know when something is going to blow up. I had a dorky little site that I made as a joke. One day, the rights to the topic got bought out for a film, and that niche BLEW UP. My little site ended up getting quoted in the New York Times, Front Page Digg, the Freakonomics Blog, etc. and for a few weeks, I was getting 10,000 uniques an hour. Who knew?

Anyway, when I first started, I remember being excited about a twenty cent click. Now, I sometimes make thousands of dollars in a single day. If you had told me that when I first started, I wouldnt have believed it. But really, it just comes down to finding a strategy you are comfortable with, and taking consistent action over time.

      Just do it, man.

Keep what you have, and keep building more of it. Eventually, you will reach a critical mass and the money will flow in. I wish you great success and huge profits! Good luck breaking the xxx barrier.

AWESOME. Thanks for sharing this video and your method.
You are right about NOT selling your system, but the truth is
that some people just love to share - not really for the money
alone, but they just love to share what works with others,
including the system that produces it for them.

Anyway, thanks for sharing this. It should be a thread on it's
        own!

I really liked that video that you did on duplicating blogs via templates. Can I just ask where you got that program from? Or what it's called?

        It looks really nice dude.

Thanks for the feedback. I am all about sharing! I definitely believe the more you give, the more you get. I just released two twitter widgets to the forum free of charge, and i'm building more stuff that I plan to give away to the community.

But with certain things, like this system, if one bad apple gets hold of it, it could ruin it for everyone. The potential for abuse is really high, so that's why I keep it private for now. Still, it would be cool to let honest people use it to help them build out their niches.

          @msoon2k

I designed and built that program myself Glad you like it.

          @Lukas

Man, i would LOVE to go to Rio. Is it true what they say? Hehe... Regarding themes, the system lets you design the templates from scratch really quickly. The reason behind that is that you can change your designs and randomize them, so there is a smaller footprint.

I didn't really show how that template system works very well. Maybe I will make another video on that. It could give people ideas on how to set up their template generation systems.

With this one i prefer to have two choices.First, you can try to choose affiliates and make a partnership with them.Secondly,if you have the budget you can have your own product and sell them in the market.

        Thanks for the feedback

I made that template program myself. It took about a year to design and build, but it can crank out really nice looking templates in a few minutes. It's worth its weight in gold.

Re: domains and traffic... hehehehe.... uh... well... there's always that debate how much to reveal. Well, I guess the more you give out to the universe, the more you get back. Here goes...

Most of the sites start as subdomains. Thats because the sites themselves, after an initial seed, are automatically generated. I dont KNOW what the system is going to create from one moment to the next. It identifies and generates sites for niches on its own.

Since it is automated, it doesnt matter to me. It can generate as much as it wants. I only get involved if something works. Anyway, back to the subdomains...Subdomains are treated quite nicely in the search engines, and you can get good rankings and PR with subdomains. So, I use those to start.

I use automated cross linking from the main domain and other subdomains to get traffic rolling. When a site is generated, it's links are added automatically. I usually get indexed very quickly with this approach.

The site also generates google site maps, rss feeds, and social bookmarking chicklets. It pings different ping services, etc. So, it does a lot of promo on its own. I also have other... uh, stuff... that I use to generate traffic Put it this way, the system is a fully operational death star.

Once a subdomain has achieved good traffic, I buy a domain for it and then 301 the traffic. I have over 100 registered domains, but thousands and thousands of sites.

People say automated blogs and stuff get banned quickly, but only the crappy ones that everyone is using. I've had automated blogs running since 2005 that are still making money right now.

    GXD5,
yeah, I am kind of phasing out of DW day or week site building and going into Blogs.
Is yours a particular blog template? (WP or Blogger)

And you are using the right background for a photo-type site.
Staying on your site theme, I just got back from Rio :-) nuff said.

For starters, it's good you have a target goal in mind. If you're good in sales, why not market your skills to those who need it or maybe, offer your services to a start up company online. There are a lot of business enterprise going on in the internet and not all are good to making a pitch. Leverage on what you're good at.
