Help in promoting a new mobile accessory site

I am new to IM and just started marketing a cool new mobile accessory in the UK market. While I am working with someone on SEO work, I want to generate additional traffic through any combination of the following 1) place ads/banners or even better, 2) develop an affiliate marketing programs with complimentary sites 3) Start a limited direct mailing campaign to specific target audiences. At this initial stage I rather pay for successful conversions, before spending money on speculative/guess work on the right data base or sites to place ads with, Since each part is a whole separate marketing tool, can anyone recommend a some practical tips on how to start without spending too much unearned monies? You can save yourself a lot of money on advertising by marketing directly to the people who would be buying your products........cell phone users. Go to google admob, and advertise your business in banner or text ads that show up in cell phone apps. Good Luck
