What are the rules on craigslist these days? One post from one IP per day? Can you use more then one account from one IP? Can you post a new post right after you post has been flagged? How do you stay under the radar?

I post 10-15 posts from a single account every day. Yeah, you can post right after being flagged. Stay under the radar by not being greedy in your posts. You dont have to bomb the entire CL site in one day, do a little at a time.

10-15 posts from one IP? What section do you post in? Will this work for Jobs?

10-15 is not a hard and fast rule. I have heard many suggest doing no more than 5 a day. See what works for you but I would not suggest going hog wild.

It depends on speed. I have posted up to 30 from one ip, but in different cities, same section, but you have to do it somewhat slowly, usually 8-10 minutes between each post. My rule of thumb is i dont post my next one until i see my last one go live.

My experience is a bit more off the beaten path. You see, in addition to everything else I do, I have a farm, livestock, and livestock guardian dogs.

A lot of my postings (and my wife's) are posted in the farm & garden section. Sometimes one or more people decide they should flag everything associated with trying to relocate an animal (regardless whether it's a dog, sheep, goat, horse, ferret, etc). We sometimes have had to sit there and repost about every 15 minutes due to one of these self-appointed marshals who we can only guess are over-reacting to the fact that our animals (no I don't have ferrets, but I've seen them listed and flagged) are raised to be breeding stock in the case of our livestock, or livestock guardians in the case of our dogs.

The flagging process is so anonymous that they can flag to their little hearts content.

I think after something like 80 posts/reposts in one morning my wife got an error that indicated that her IP *might* have been temporarily blocked.

About 30 seconds later I had her on a different class C subnet (my provider randomly hands out a different IP each time we reconnect, and it can be from any one of at least 5 class C addresses). No more problem.
    Signature

    - = Signature on Vacation = -
(We all need a break from what we do for a living. I thought it was time my signature got a break too)

Craigslist changes their rules everyday so you can't really say. All you can really do is test.
