After you've published them on your own site, had them indexed there, and sent them for syndication anywhere else you expect them to be published in front of targeted traffic for your niche.

    Thanks a lot Alexa.

I have a few more questions if you don't mind.

I have plenty of articles on my blog.

However, I have not submitted them to EZA or anywhere else.

    1. Why should I first send it for syndication before I publish it on EZA?

    2. How would EZA know that the content is mine if it is published in several places?
(I heard that I should have the same name. However, I don't have my name in my blog posts (on my blog). These are the articles that I am going to submit.)

    3. If I submit them to EZA (and other article sites) by changing the title? Or should I keep the same title?

    4. I also removed the date from my blog posts. So, there is no date on my blog posts and the search results when my blog posts appear on the google. This has improved my conversion rate from search traffic but how will it effect me if my content is copied and I will have to prove that this content is mine?

Following on the previous question: (Some of these articles (after I posted them to my blog) have been copied by other blogs/websites. So, If I post them to EZA, would I have problems? How do I overcome this?)

    5. Can I submit the articles in my blog under two different pen names? Can I do it under two different accounts?

Syndication partners that have already published you already have the traffic you want. EZA is just where you can hopefully pick up another publisher every once in a while.

Initial indexation will prove that it cam from your site first. Put your name/pen name on your blog, is there really a good reason not to? You're supposed to be building yourself as an authority, not very easy to do that when no one knows who you are.

I keep the same title personally. What would be the benefit of changing it?

Probably won't help, it's something I wouldn't even think to test personally. Of course, I'm not worried about what Google thinks, so your idea never crossed my mind.

You won't have a problem. EZA does not require previously unpublished content.

Pen names, yes. Accounts, no. You're only supposed to have one EZA account.

I heard there are cases where EZA would reject your article since it is duplicate content. Under what conditions would something like this happen?

Initial indexation will prove that it cam from your site first. Put your name/pen name on your blog, is there really a good reason not to? You're supposed to be building yourself as an authority, not very easy to do that when no one knows who you are.
I have my name in an "about me" page and the whole blog belongs to me. So, I thought it was not needed for each article.

I keep the same title personally. What would be the benefit of changing it?
I have a bunch of titles written for each article. I thought I could experiment with using different titles for each article and see which would convert best.

What I want to know is, how would I prove that the article was published on my blog first if I have removed the date from the blog post? Are there other ways?

Pen names, yes. Accounts, no. You're only supposed to have one EZA account.
What if I have other authors that are writing and publishing content for me on my site. I wanted to have separate accounts for them (with different pen names) and they would all point to my blog in the resource box.

Forgive me. The way you worded things made it seem that your name appeared nowhere on your site. That should be enough should EZA ever start asking questions.

I guess it couldn't hurt. I'm just saying that it isn't something I waste my time on, personally. If the content isn't good enough to be read and syndicated, a different title isn't going to save it.

Not a question I have an answer for. Dates are attached to my articles, and the hypothetical you are thinking of has never come up for me.

You don't have the rights to publish those articles for them, unless they were ghost writers and the work was initially published under your name. In that case it would still have to be under your own account. EZA frowns upon multiple accounts per user.

I would change that. Both for EZA's sake and your own. EZA has been known to reject articles under those circumstances. (They're not consistent about it). But in any case, you need a name on your articles for your own site's readers. It doesn't have to be your real name - just your niche pen-name.

That looks far better than anonymous articles, or articles by "admin".

No, as long as the names match. EZA will (understandably!) have a problem if you submit to them in one name/pen-name an article which has been published elsewhere under another name.

Yes; you can have as many different pen-names as you like at EZA, within one author account.

No; this breaches their terms of service. And if they catch you doing that, they will close both accounts.

      You were misinformed.

It isn't duplicate content. It's syndicated content.

The difference is explained here (as well as on EZA's own blog!): Article Marketers - Lay the Duplicate Content Myth To Rest Once and For All - Internet Marketing and Publishing Blog

There are people who imagine that that's so, but they've got it all wrong. Some of them have had the "different names" problem and wrongly assumed that the reason EZA wouldn't accept it was that it was previously published.

That probably wouldn't give you a problem with EZA, it must be said. That's better than "anonymous", anyway.

Titles don't "convert", but I know what you mean ... titles are copyrighting, really, rather than "article-writing". You need them to be as striking/individual as possible, preferably while starting with the main keyword.

      You don't need to.

    Why?
Right now, there are two authors for the blog. Me and another guy. We both published content for my blog (which only I own).

I thought it might be better for him to have an account of his own since that is what EZA wants. Two people - two accounts as per their terms. Both accounts would be used for promoting my blog (with the same name/pen-name we used for the blog). If we are promoting something else with a different pen name, then we would create another pen name in our EZA accounts.

I take your point. I must say, though, that for myself, I would want all articles with links to my blog to be in my author account, and wouldn't feel secure without that being so.

If it's promoting your blog anyways, why not just set up author #2 as a pen name on your EZA account and keep it under one roof?

Since we are two different people. Posting under the same account would be violating their TOS. wouldn't it?

Besides, it is something we are doing 'just in case'. I mean, we might want to promote other sites or products where we are working independently.

Could be. I should clarify and say that on this one point I'm spit-balling. I'd read the TOS very carefully, and if you can't find a perfect answer there submit a ticket. Who would know better than the site itself?
