How many packages should you advertise to your web audience?
We currently have three packages available. One is just for press release distribution. We then have two full-service packages; both including writing and distribution, with one offering a few more features than the other.
We never sell the middle package. People seem to opt either for just distribution, or for our top full-service package.
Is this an argument for just advertising those two specific offerings? We get a lot of calls with people confused about the differences between our two full-service packages. Again, is this an argument for only making the one available?
I'm not sure of the psychology/thought press behind package buying. Can anyone shed some light?
