Default "Gurus" File Lawsuit Against Google

I'm wondering what became of this:

Quote:
"Here is my promise.

I am going to spear head a law suit against google.

I will talk to my top 10 friends that are hurting by this
and I will take a law suit to google

I will then use my Pubic Relations person to do everything
we can to get this law suit in every newspaper, TV, and online
medium we can.

I will also contact the guys at wired and such that love these stories
and I will do my best to win this case."
The topic is from the old forum:

@theyoungmarketer,
"X" wasn't making a statement only quoting what was said in an older thread.

@X,
I remember that thread and have not heard anything since he said that.
It could be tied up in litigation???

Have a Great Day!
Michael

I'm actually surprised that Google hasn't disallowed words like "scam" from Adwords...supposedly they're all about "user experience" and they don't allow words like "best" but I guess "scammer" is OK in Google's eyes.

That's an interesting point...

Superlatives are not permitted but "defamatory" statements or questions are.

Sorta throws an ethical monkey wrench into the gears of Google's unimpeded march toward user experience nirvana, eh?

Brian <- Scam?

LOL Brian,

I sorta thought we had reached that milestone by the time God created Eve.

Seems like we've been going backwards since then...

If they tried that, do you know how fast I could raise a warchest to fight it?

What if something really is a scam? Are you going to allow the truth to be censored like that?
